Julia specializes in creating supportive, empathetic environments where couples can rediscover their emotional connection and work through difficult relationship dynamics.
Erika Okafor, LMSW
Dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship work, using approaches such as TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT to support meaningful growth. Erika creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
