​Dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship work, using approaches such as TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT to support meaningful growth.

​Erika creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

FAQ's 


What is the purpose of the retreat?
This retreat is designed to provide a space for rest, reflection, connection, and personal growth. It may include activities like mindfulness, workshops, group discussions, and relaxation.

Who is this retreat for?
This is intended for women of all backgrounds and life stages who are looking to recharge, connect with others, and spend intentional time focusing on themselves.

When should I plan to arrive?
Plan to arrive prior to the start time to check in, grab a beverage, and give yourself time to settle in before the day begins.


Do I need prior experience with mindfulness, movement, or retreat work?

Not at all. All activities are beginner-friendly and guided. You can participate at your own comfort level.


What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing.  Pens and paper will be provided, however if you have a personal preference, you are welcome to bring your own. 


What is included in the retreat?

Your registration includes all sessions, materials, and meals or refreshments.


Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

The meal will be a delicious plant-forward lunch with lean protein. If you have any dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Can I come alone?

Yes, and many participants do. The retreat is designed to be welcoming and supportive, making it easy to connect with others.  However we encourage you to invite friends, sisters, etc. to register if you believe they would benefit from this experience as well. 


What if I am not comfortable sharing in groups?

Sharing is always optional. You are encouraged to participate in a way that feels safe and right for you.


Will there be physical activities?

There may be light movement such as stretching or yoga, but nothing overly strenuous. Modifications are always offered and always listen to your body.


Is this a phone-free event?

We encourage participants to limit phone use in order to stay present.


What if I feel emotional during the retreat?

That is completely understandable. The space is intended to be a supportive and safe environment.


Is this a substance-free retreat?

Yes, this retreat is alcohol- and substance-free to support a clear, restorative, and mindful environment for all participants. 


What is the group size for this retreat?
This retreat is limited to a group of 32 participants to ensure a personalized and impactful experience.

Is the retreat refundable if I can’t attend?

Due to the extensive planning and limited space available, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another guest or someone from our waitlist.
